Exhibits

Among the many live animal exhibits, the make-your-own constellation display and the ever-popular log, Lake Erie Nature & Science Center’s exhibits serve as a portal to the outside experience, engaging visitors by exposing them to rarely seen wildlife and providing knowledge to both encourage further exploration and to inform outdoor discoveries.

The outdoor exhibit animals are permanent residents of Lake Erie Nature & Science Center. Due to disabilities that prevent their survival in the wild, these animals receive quality care from the Center’s highly trained staff and serve as ambassadors for their species. The Center is able to display and perform wildlife rehabilitation services under permits from the United States Fish & Wildlife Service and the Ohio Division of Wildlife.

General admission, at no charge, allows you and your family to enjoy live animal exhibits indoors and outdoors, and displays about natural history and space science. Hours Daily: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
