Wildlife

Learning about wildlife is a close encounter of the furry, feathery or scaly kind, thanks to our fascinating live creature collection, rehabilitation efforts & animal outreach.

We have indoor and outdoor public display areas where you can visit to view both local wildlife and exotic/domestic animals. You can have a close encounter with these creatures during Center hours: Monday through Sunday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Our animal ambassadors are also represented in the Center's many education programs. Children and families learn to understand and respect native wildlife through hands-on learning.
