We have the space to fit your needs!

We offer free parking, free admission, flexible start times and wheelchair accessibility. Kitchen privileges are standard with every event. Prices and terms are subject to change. For more information or to book your event, call 440-871-2900!

  • Rentals are available to Center Members ONLY - join today!
  • Limited availability of dates and times from 9 a.m. - 11 p.m.
  • Events with alcohol require that a Cleveland Metroparks ranger is hired to be on the premises during the entire event. The fee is $30/hour, with a minimum of $120.
  • All rentals require a 20% security deposit.

Facility hallway

Full Center Rental

Includes Grand River Room, Exhibit Hall, Patio, Fireplace & Other Amenities

Amenities: Direct kitchen access, tables and chairs, audio/visual equipment, indoor fireplace

Rate: $1,500/hour

 

Grand River Room Rental

The Grand River Room is a 1,680 square foot room and will accommodate 150 guests seated theatre style or 100 guests seated at tables.

Amenities: Direct kitchen access, tables and chairs, audio/visual equipment.

Rate: $500/hour

Individual Rooms

The Grand River Room North and South will each accommodate 75 guests seated theatre style or 50 guests seated at tables.

Grand River Room North

Amenities: Direct kitchen access, tables and chairs, audio/visual equipment.

Grand River Room South

Amenities: Use of kitchen, tables and chairs, audio/visual equipment.

Rate: $250/hour

Programs Available

The perfect complement to any gathering... Make lasting memories for your guests by adding one or more of the following programs to your rental:

Wildlife Program

25 person maximum with up to 5 different animals (great for children!)

Planetarium Program

60 person maximum

Rate: $100 for a 30 minute program
