Facility hallway

Full Center Rental

Includes Grand River Room, Exhibit Hall, Patio & Other Amenities

Amenities: Direct kitchen access, tables and chairs, audio/visual equipment, indoor fireplace

Rate: $500/hour* 5 - 11 p.m. only**
Deposit: $1,000

*A Metroparks ranger needs to be on the premises for events 5 p.m. and later. The fee is $25/hour with a minimum of $100 and will be scheduled by a Lake Erie Nature & Science Center staff member.

Grand River Room Rental

The Grand River Room is a 1,680 square foot room and will accommodate 150 guests seated theatre style or 100 guests seated at tables.

Amenities: Direct kitchen access, tables and chairs, audio/visual equipment, indoor fireplace

Rate: $100/hour 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. - $400 maximum
$130/hour 5 – 11 p.m. - No maximum
Deposit: $250; $500 for events with alcohol

Individual Rooms

The Grand River Room North and South will each accommodate 75 guests seated theatre style or 50 guests seated at tables.

Grand River Room North

Amenities: Direct kitchen access, tables and chairs, audio/visual equipment, indoor fireplace

Grand River Room South

Amenities: Use of kitchen, tables and chairs, audio/visual equipment, indoor fireplace

Rate: $60/hour 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. $240 Maximum
$80/hour 5 – 11 p.m. - No maximum
Deposit: $125
$250 for events with alcohol
