Celebrate your next birthday at Lake Erie Nature & Science Center! Plan your next birthday party to be “wild” and “out of this world!” Choose from three great parties:

Wildlife Program

This is your chance to meet some of our animals up close! This party features a 30-minute live animal program with 5 of our most popular resident creatures -- hands-on opportunities included!
We recommend this option for school-aged parties.

Planetarium Program

Get ready to “blast off” as you and your guests explore our galaxy and beyond with an “out-of-this world” 20-minute interactive and fun planetarium program! See what the night sky was like when your special guest was born. Recommended for ages 3 and up.

Wildlife Encounter

Experience a unique “close encounter” of the wild kind with our resident wildlife. Our hostess will circulate with 5 of our most popular animals during your party. Recommended for family-oriented parties for preschoolers or large groups.

All parties include:
  • Use of party room for 2 hours
          Saturdays or Sundays
          10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. or 2:30 - 4:30 p.m.
  • T-shirt for birthday child
  •  15% discount on party favors at Wild Birds Unlimited
           (Center location only)
  • We set up and clean the room
  • Room capacity 40 (we request 1 adult per 4 children)

Reminder: You are responsible for all party supplies, food, cake and beverages.

We offer limited free parking, free admission and wheelchair accessibility. Kitchen privileges (no stove/oven) are standard with every party. Prices and terms are subject to change.
