registration information

Cancellation, Refund and Fee Policy

  1. Fees are only refunded if the Center is notified at least ONE WEEK prior to the start of a program, class or session (minus a Service Fee).
  2. A Service Fee of $5 or 10% (ten-percent) of the refund, whichever is GREATER will apply to all cancellations initiated by the participant/guardian.
  3. Fees are not refunded for missed classes. Friends or relatives may not attend in the place of a registered participant, so that classroom continuity can be maintained.

Membership Policy

  1. You must have a current Center Membership at the time of registration to receive Member rates.
  2. 9-Month Participants in Nature Nuts, Sprouts & Shoots, Small & Tall, Log Cabin Explorer’s Club and After School Adventures must maintain an active Center Membership for the duration of the 9-Month period.

2007-08 Member Registration Schedule

Registration begins promptly at 10 a.m. Please bring your Membership Card and your completed forms (Registration Forms, Health Release Form[s] on the back of the Registration Form, New Member Forms) to make registration as efficient as possible. Please call ahead with any questions you might have regarding program/class openings at (440) 871-2900.

Spring 2008 Registration is ongoing

Summer 2008 Registration

Member registration begins: Saturday, March 1, 2008
Non-member registration begins Tuesday, March 11, 2008
Phone-in and a-la-carte begins: Tuesday, March 18, 2008
