guest services team member - weekend

Lake Erie Nature & Science Center is seeking a Guest Services Team Member to work Weekend-only shifts.  Responsibilities include welcoming, orienting and interacting professionally with visitors and callers to Lake Erie Nature & Science Center, receiving the public with injured animals into the Wildlife Rehabilitation Program and much more.

You will be asked to work a part-time schedule which will require a commitment of between 4 and 16 hours per week, between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm every Saturday and Sunday.

communications intern

Lake Erie Nature & Science Center is seeking a communications intern to assist with a range of projects. Depending on skills and interests, intern duties may include expanding the Center’s media library, including photographs and video; contributing Social Media content, writing news releases, updating email marketing databases and much more.

We are now accepting applications for Summer Interns. You will be asked to work a part-time, flexible schedule for a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week for three months. We are willing to work with a university to arrange academic credit. At this time, all internships are unpaid, volunteer positions.
